The Salina Regional Health Center Pro-Am Tournament will be hosted right here at Salina Country Club this month. The Senior LPGA has partnered together with Pro-Am and our country club to bring this event to an anticipated time of celebration and pride in the sport of golf.
We are excited to not only bring the community together but people from all over the nation for a time of competitive fun along with meeting LPGA golf legends, food, cocktails, exclusive merchandise, and well-earned awards.

About the Salina Regional Health Center Pro-Am
The Salina Regional Health Center Pro-Am ensures golf enthusiasts are not simply a spectator of the skilled golfers we so highly admire. However, the event is meant to bridge the gap between amateurs and professional players.
A total of 30 teams are developed and comprised of five individuals; a tour professional and four amateur players. The tournament will consist of 18 holes in total and each participant will receive nightly hotel accommodations with one of our sponsored properties.
The tournament is a time to challenge yourself while learning from the best as you play and meet others at varying levels of golfing experience and expertise.
A Historical Look at the LPGA and Senior Pro-Am
In 1950, thirteen women founded the Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA) in Wichita, Kansas. Their mission and vision has always been to recognize female professional golfers as leaders in the sport and continually foster opportunities for talented and ambitious female golfers to learn more and succeed at greater levels of competition. The LPGA Teaching and Club Professionals was developed soon after the LPGA was established with the aim to make this happen and encourage more opportunities for women in golfing.
The Senior LPGA Championship first began in 2017 as its first major championship competition for female seniors. Going on its 5th annual tournament, the Salina Country Club is proud to host the competition with golf legends including, Annika Sorenstam and Juli Inkster.
